L2 Support Engineer (Jboss/Weblogic)

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 application support for Core Banking and Cards applications in production and UAT environments.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues hosted on JBoss or WebLogic servers.
- Perform incident resolution, problem management, and escalation to L3 teams where required.
- Work on service recovery activities and ensure minimal downtime for critical applications.
- Execute and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, issue validation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and log analysis on Unix/Linux platforms.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Participate in shift-based operations to ensure 24x7 support coverage.
- Document root causes, known errors, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
