About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 application support for Core Banking and Cards applications in production and UAT environments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues hosted on JBoss or WebLogic servers.
  • Perform incident resolution, problem management, and escalation to L3 teams where required.
  • Work on service recovery activities and ensure minimal downtime for critical applications.
  • Execute and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, issue validation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and log analysis on Unix/Linux platforms.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
  • Participate in shift-based operations to ensure 24x7 support coverage.
  • Document root causes, known errors, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
