About the Role
The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 application support, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications across production environments. This role focuses on incident resolution, service request fulfillment, application maintenance, and operational ownership of applications running on both on-premise and cloud platforms.
The role requires close collaboration with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to restore services quickly, manage changes safely, and ensure applications comply with regulatory and security requirements.
