About the Role
The Application Support Engineer (Level 2) is responsible for providing advanced application support services to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise applications. This role handles Level 2 incidents and service requests, performs application maintenance, supports cloud and DevOps environments, and collaborates with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience across multiple technology stacks, and a solid understanding of application lifecycle management.
