Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide end user technical support from tickets received via phone, email, or customer portal.
- Escalate tickets to tier 2 and tier 3 support technicians as needed.
- Understand networking services such as DNS, DHCP, and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Perform workstation imaging.
- Remove viruses/malware.
- Maintain and update documentation.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of providing IT support to end-users.
