About the Role
We are expanding our Customer Service & KYC Operations (CS & KYC Ops) team and looking for experienced KYC Specialists to join us!
- Junior Specialist – 1–3 years experience - Mandarin Speaker
- Senior Specialist – 4–8 years experience - Mandarin Speaker
Role Overview
The CS & KYC Ops team manages end-to-end client lifecycle events , including:
- ✔ Initial client onboarding
- ✔ Ongoing maintenance & periodic reviews
- ✔ Event-driven reviews & EDD
- ✔ Customer servicing & escalations
You will work closely with Compliance, AML, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a seamless client experience.
