Kronos Functional Consultant

Zone IT Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Kronos Functional Consultant. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and guidance in the implementation and enhancement of Kronos solutions for our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Kronos Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of Kronos modules and their functionalities
• Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos solutions
• Experience in UKG-Pro
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in data mapping, data integration, and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience working with HR and Payroll systems
