Qualifications
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly Management reports.
- Track financial, operational, and commercial metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct annual evaluation of MTP (Mid-Term-Plan) achievement and recommend improvement actions.
- Analyze performance against strategic objectives and provide detailed reports.
- Support leadership with in-depth analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Develop Internal & External corporate-wide communication strategies and roadmap that is aligned with Santen ’s MVV(Mission/Vision/Value)
- Uphold high ethical standards in all internation with internal/external stakeholders and ensures all communication activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards and internal compliance and ethical policy/guidelines
