About the Role
Job Description
- Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Global and Regional Medical Information (MI) activities across Asia, ensuring scientific excellence and compliance with Industry Stds.
- Oversee the development, review, and lifecycle management of high-quality MI content (standard responses, FAQs, scientific letters, digital knowledgebases) covering Santen’s portfolio and oversee call-center launch and operations.
- Ensure MI operations comply with global SOPs, pharmacovigilance requirements, and local regulatory standards across Asian markets.
- Act as the medical escalation point for medical inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Global Medical Affairs, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent, compliant scientific communication.
