- Build & support M365/SharePoint GTM portals
- Automate processes using Power Apps & Power Automate
- Work with Copilot Studio
- Design intranet & collaboration sites
- Lead KM strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver communication channels via Teams & SharePoint
- Analyze site performance & improve user experience
