The Opportunity: 

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Knowledge Expert to join our Service Excellence team within the Common Shared Services organization at Hitachi Energy. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to enable process owners and teams to manage knowledge effectively, ensuring that critical business process documentation is organized, accessible, and continuously improved.

You will be joining a well-structured Knowledge Management team that currently consists of two experienced Knowledge Managers and a Service Delivery Manager. To strengthen our capabilities, we are looking for an additional expert who can bring fresh perspectives and drive excellence in knowledge management practices.
