Knowledge and Insights Lead

As the Knowledge & Insights Lead, you will design and deliver frameworks, reviews, and tools that embed effective knowledge management and support continuous improvement - enabling better service decisions and uplifting our enterprise-wide knowledge practices.

Note - This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.

In this role, you will generate meaningful knowledge and lessons insights that illuminate key enterprise-level risks, issues, and opportunities, helping Sydney Water make informed, evidence-based decisions that support our strategic outcomes.
