Our client is seeking an experienced knife hand to assist in the production kitchen. Sourcing from like-minded partners locally and across the country to provide cutting meats to order and product ranging from premium to value.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Safe food handling
- Trimming skills required to meet our company specifications (e.g. beef, lamb, and pork)
- Packing, loading and unloading
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures
