Follow all sanitation procedures and safety standards.
Assist with the training and development of kitchen staff.
Requirements
Culinary education or relevant certification.
Previous experience as a cook in a hotel or restaurant.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
