Kitchen Helper/Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist our culinary team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen. The Kitchen Helper plays a vital support role by helping with food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping vegetables)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
• Properly store and organize food items and supplies
• Remove trash and clean kitchen floors and surfaces regularly
• Support chefs and cooks during busy service hours
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
