Kitchen Helper

Job Summary
The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role ensures that ingredients, utensils, and workstations are ready for smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, cutting)

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

Wash dishes, pots, and pans

Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers

Receive and properly store delivered supplies

Dispose of waste according to hygiene standards

Refill ingredients and supplies during service

Follow food safety and sanitation regulations

Support kitchen staff during busy service hours

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate.
