Job Title: Kitchen Admin Assistant
Level: Associate
Reports to: Sous Chef & Executive Chef
Primary Role: A Kitchen Admin Assistant is responsible for day-to-day administrative requirements of the kitchen. This role supports the restaurant’s goal in providing maximum guest satisfaction through supply chain planning, budgeting of day-to-day expenses, forecasting, ensuring adequate manpower roster and coordination with back office support. She is also in charge of scheduling of facility preventive maintenance coordination and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of raw materials of the highest quality and address supplier issues.
- Make recommendations to the Executive Chef on the management of kitchen, manpower, budget, equipment and other resources.
- Work closely with the chef to organize resources – raw materials, equipment and other supplies in order to produce the menu in the highest quality. ...
