Job Overview

We are hiring a fluent Khmer Interpreter to provide real-time interpretation for medical, emergency (911), and general service calls. The role requires accurate, neutral, and professional interpretation between Khmer and English speakers while handling sensitive and high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation between Khmer and English via phone or video calls
• Accurately convey meaning, tone, and intent of conversations in real time
• Handle calls across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business
• Process information quickly, recognize cultural differences, and remain professional and courteous
• Use appropriate industry terminology and follow standard procedures

• Fluent Khmer and B2 level English (CEFR)
