About the Role
Work Experience:
Preferably with at least an experience in Field Sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution, Account/Tactical Coordinator, Merchandising Staff, Sales Representative.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Capable of resolving trade issues and responding to market challenges proactively.
Reporting & Analysis:
Strong understanding of report and inventory
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Tarkie Application and Power BI software is a plus.
Mobility & Fieldwork:
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Must have a valid driver's license; owning a motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
