About the Role
Within the corporate team, your main responsibilities will include:
Handle support requests from your corporate accounts with responsiveness and expertise
Formalize, structure, and implement Corporate Support procedures to ensure quality service delivery
Conduct proactive monitoring to identify clients likely to meet Corporate offering criteria
Monitor and ensure the quality of service provided to clients
Identify and generate appointments with new qualified prospects
Manage qualified leads in collaboration with corporate managers, from initial meeting through to closing
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and identify new sales opportunities
