The Opportunity

We are supporting the Mexico market entry of a fast-growing global personal care brand with a strong track record in international markets.

This is a ground-floor commercial role for someone who wants real ownership, not account maintenance. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand enters and scales in Mexico retail.

What You’ll Own

• Own and grow key Mexico retail accounts (specialty / mass-premium focus)
• Lead forecasting, promotional planning, and account execution
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and global teams
• Support new SKU launches and distribution expansion
• Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners

• 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management...
