About the position
Herotel Business is looking for skilled Key Account Managers to create long‑term, trusting relationships with our enterprise clients. The role is to oversee a portfolio of Enterprise Business customers, process new business and build direct relationships with Enterprise clients. The Key Account manager will also work closely with internal teams to leverage the Enterprise business resources to maximize the revenue opportunities within the Enterprise client accounts.
The responsibilities are:
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts to achieve long‑term success.
- Develop positive relationships with enterprise clients.
- Assist with the onboarding of new enterprise clients together with the Head of Sales.
- Present a “Welcome” meeting with new enterprise clients and share the relevant communication streams and other info together with the Head of Sales.
