Key Account Manager

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs. Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.

  • Campaign Performance: Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.

  • Account Planning: Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
