Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the ccTLD Capacity Building Project funded under the ICANN Grant. The role will ensure that all project activities are implemented on time, within budget, and achieve the intended outcomes of strengthening the technical, operational, and business capacity of African country code Top-Level Domain (ccTLD) registries.

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ccTLD Capacity Building Project.
2. Manage stakeholder engagement and serve as the key liaison with partners.
3. Oversee financial and resource management in line with donor requirements.
4. Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and reporting frameworks.
5. Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
