Kaizen Engineer

Overview

Primary Function: The incumbent is expected to generate plans, implement and monitor the effectiveness of projects. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate plans, implement them, and monitor to ensure project effectiveness. Establish motion improvements to reduce processing time without affecting quality.
• Support the company’s wide cost reduction project. Analyze and maintain capacity in the assigned area and develop plans and execution steps to improve capacity.
• Conduct motion and time analysis in target processes.
• Conduct cost and benefit comparisons for target projects.
• Supervise the Process Improvement Associate.
• Conduct Kaizen Step 1 training to FSCT employees and promote and execute Kaizen mindset culture development.
