What the Role Entails

As an R&D Project Management Intern, you will support cross-lingual communication and coordination among development, planning, art, and engineering teams in a bilingual (Japanese-Chinese) environment. Your primary responsibility will be translation of development-related materials and interpretation during meetings. This is a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in game production workflows and project operations.

開発PMチームの一員として、主に翻訳・通訳サポート業務を通じて、日中バイリンガル環境下でのゲーム開発プロジェクトの円滑な進行を支援していただきます。開発ドキュメントの翻訳や会議通訳を中心に、ゲーム制作の実務を体験できるポジションです。

仕事内容

●ゲーム開発に関する資料（仕様書、タスクシート、バグ報告書、議事録など）の日中翻訳（必要に応じて英語対応あり）

●社内会議における逐次通訳・要約通訳の実施

●PM（プロジェクトマネージャー）のもとで、スケジュール管理、タスク進捗の追跡、資料作成補助などのプロジェクト運営業務のサポート

●中国と日本の開発チーム間における言語的・文化的な橋渡しとしてのコミュニケーション支援

●翻訳資料・ナレッジベースの整理・管理

●その他、開発PMチームが必要とする臨時的な調整・補助業務
