About the Role

The Key Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for supporting Key Account Managers through effective sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and business process improvement to optimize salesforce allocation and customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

Sales Forecasting and Planning Support:

+ Assist the Key Account Manager in Rolling Forecast preparation and performance tracking.

+ Analyze historical data and customer demand trends to support the development of accurate demand plans.

+ Drive dynamic adjustments of safety stock to balance inventory turnover and on-time delivery performance.


Cross-functional Collaboration Support:

Collaborate with the CE Team:

+ Gather end-customer feedback and drive product/service improvements.
