Wellversed is seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven
Curriculum Development Associate
to support the creation of high-quality learning content, capability frameworks, and structured training materials. The primary responsibility is to research, design, and refine learning assets that enable internal teams to build skills and perform at a higher level.
Responsibilities:
Research & Information Gathering
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, instructional design methodologies, behavioural skills, and functional competencies.
Benchmark best learning practices from top organisations to improve training strategy and content quality.
Training Content Development
Design training modules, workbooks, case studies, assessments, and microlearning content.
Apply instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to create structured and engaging learning materials.
