Your main duties will be to assist with day-to-day trading activities and support more seasoned traders in optimising the desk’s performance. Engage in market analysis, trade execution, and manage assigned portions of the trading book. Adhere to risk, compliance, and performance standards while aiming to contribute 20% to the desk’s profit targets.
