Junior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze, support, and maintain a range of IT systems, including Windows environments, server/OS utilization, virtualization platforms, Active Directory (AD), and backup/recovery solutions and Huawei storage.
• Develop, maintain, and support the organization's technical infrastructure, including hardware and system software components.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of system hardware/software both on-site and via remote support.
• Configure, debug, and manage multiple infrastructure platforms and ensure their performance and availability.
• Conduct high-level root cause analysis of service interruptions and implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
• Provide timely and professional solutions to customer infrastructure issues.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
