About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and servers.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including user account setup and access control.
Maintain IT asset inventory with proper documentation.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and cabling.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
Ensure all tasks comply with company IT policies and procedures.
Occasionally travel to client sites for support activities.
