Junior Surveyor

Ledcor is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Surveyor to join our team and support survey operations on a major rail corridor construction project. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for a recent graduate eager to begin building a career in surveying and heavy civil construction. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the Surveyor and Survey Crew Leader to support day‑to‑day field activities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support survey control network activities, including setting up tripods, tribrachs, prisms, and assisting with monument installation
• Assist the Surveyor and Crew Leader with daily field survey operations
• Support layout and staking activities for earthworks, utilities, and structural elements
• Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments under supervision (total stations, GNSS, digital levels)
