About the Role
Executive Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global system provider for end-to-end communication solutions and telecom infrastructures. Our client is looking for a Junior Support Engineer. This job is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and on a full onsite working arrangement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Service delivery assigned to the company
- Provide remote support and when necessary on-site technical support for the company customers escalation.
- Establish and maintain key contacts with pertinent Product Management/R&D groups, Support Center (NE group) to facilitate the flow of technical information.
- Deliver full suite of company Professional Services offerings such as, Deployment, Network Optimization, Installation Supervision etc.
