Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of file storage services , including:
- Creation and management of file systems and shares (SMB/NFS)
- Basic quota configuration and capacity monitoring
- Assist in block storage management , including:
- Creation and modification of LUNs under supervision
- Support LUN masking and host presentation activities
- Participate in SAN operations , such as:
- Assisting with zoning tasks (FC / iSCSI)
- Supporting connectivity and troubleshooting activities
- Assist in configuring and monitoring replication mechanisms
- Gain understanding of synchronous and asynchronous replication
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of storage incidents
- Execute operational procedures following documented standards
- Maintain and update technical documentation
