Junior Splunk Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Splunk Engineer to support the operation of the on-premise Splunk SIEM platform. As part of the transition from the existing partner, you will be integrated into a large enterprise security environment and work closely with senior engineers to ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality operations.

Responsibilities

1. Operational Support (L1/L2)

• Perform daily health checks of Splunk components, ingestion flows, alerts, and platform performance.
• Handle L1/L2 Incidents, Service Requests, and standard Changes under ITSM processes.
• Support monitoring of EPS, log volume, bandwidth, and platform utilization.
• Assist in building and maintaining Health Check dashboards and operational reports.
• Collect technical details for new log sources and assist senior engineers with CIM-based onboarding tasks.
• Support validation of Firewall/VPN/Routing changes.
