About the Role
As a Junior Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on identifying potential developers, engineers, and technical professionals across a variety of platforms. You will build the first contact, assess basic suitability, and pass qualified candidates to the recruiter or the owner of Team4Code.
You will be trained on how to recognize good profiles, how to approach candidates professionally, and how to support the recruitment pipeline.
