Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking motivated junior IT professionals with 1–4 years of experience in software engineering to join our Hire to Train (H2T) Program in Malaysia. This structured 6-month program is designed to develop
Full-Stack Engineers (FSE)
through a blend of mentor-led learning, self-study, and real-world project assignments.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has hands-on software delivery experience (Java, SQL/NoSQL, JavaScript), and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. Successful completion of the program will lead to a permanent role as a Software Engineer at EPAM.
