Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Communicate with customers in English via email, help desk, and chat.
- Analyze customer needs and develop solutions using our products.
- Participate in software development using Microsoft technologies like WinForms, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance products and services.
About You
Ideal candidates will have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- They also accept graduating students!
- Strong knowledge of C# or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of .NET Framework or web technologies (React, Angular, Vue, JQuery).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and debug source code.
