Junior Software Developer

Role Summary

We are hiring a Junior AI Developer who will help design and build agentic AI systems that enhance business operations, automate workflows, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.

This role will focus on building AI-powered agents, copilots, and decision-support tools embedded into Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and Operations environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field
• 1–2 years experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Has built at least one AI or automation project (portfolio required)
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Passion for AI systems, automation, and business applications

Core Programming

• Python (must-have)
• Basic SQL
• Git version control

Agentic / AI Tools Exposure (at least some of these)

• OpenAI / Anthropic / LLM APIs
• LangChain / LlamaI...
