Location: Hybrid (minimum 40% work from one of the Client’s offices Poland – Katowice, Opole, Lublin, Gdańsk)
Contract Type: Full-time, employment contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Service Desk Team as Junior Service Desk Analysts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance with their digital workplace tools, such as laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and applications. You will help resolve basic IT issues and ensure that all incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
