About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with a techno-functional mindset , strong grounding in Agile practices , and a passion for process excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of overall experience, with a proven track record of enabling high-performing Agile teams in payment solutions, BFSI, retail, or healthcare domains.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive Agile delivery, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead one or more Agile teams as a Scrum Master , facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
