• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce-related projects, contributing to the overall project management and delivery
