Essential Tasks:

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and database/ATS searching
• Maintain candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS and assist with reporting
• Provide a great candidate experience through clear, timely communication
