About the Role
Ensure quality, reliability, and usability of Tour IQ, a B2 B AI-powered Saa S platform. Validate functionality across APIs, dashboards, data pipelines, and business workflows. Starts with manual + API testing with a clear path to automated test suites by Month 3. We teach automation.
Key Responsibilities
Functional & UI Testing
- Manual test all dashboard views and user workflows end-to-end
- Test onboarding flows, notifications, and responsive design across devices
API & Data Testing
- Test API endpoints with Postman; validate data sync accuracy and error recovery
- SQL queries for data validation in Postgre SQL
Security & Access Control
- Test multi-tenant data isolation; validate role-based access controls
- Validate authentication flows: login, MFA, password reset, session management
AI Feature Validation
- Validate AI-generated outputs display correctly and behave within expected boundaries
