Role Description

The role would suit someone who has hands-on experience working in a marketing agency and directly with end clients. Working in relatively small units, the role will be an integral part of the team. There may be situations where the focus on delivery overrides strict adherence to existing processes and we need someone who can rise to the challenge of delivering excellent quality, within deadlines which can be tight. We see this as an opportunity to “rapid prototype” process improvements, flexing the way we work in real-time, and learning from the outcomes, rather than an opportunity to abandon the process! As a continuing objective, we need someone who processes and is efficiency-focused and who can keep the team true to continuous improvement, both in how we produce output and the quality of the work we deliver.
