Junior Programmer

Responsibilities

• Provides support through design, development, implementation and maintenance of the company's internally developed application services
• Analyzes program performance and correct deficiencies base on consultation with users and approval of Management and Information Technology Services (MITS) of affiliate company
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes. Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
• Maintains programming documentations (e.g. user manuals, installation, procedures, system specifications, etc.) and related systems development group works are properly and strictly documented and archived
• Clarifies program intent, problems, and suggest possible changes in order to meet user needs
