ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. ​Ensure daily production targets are met (quantity & schedule)
2. Monitor line productivity and efficiency
3. Allocate manpower according to production plan
4. Minimize downtime and bottlenecks
5. Coordinate line changeovers (model change / setup)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure 5S and safety regulations are followed & maintained.
2. Coordinate day-to-day activities in production line.
3. Ensure timely corrective action for machine break down.
4. Ensure proper labelling on the line.
5. Ensure all the operators meet their output and quality as per target given.
6. Ensure all equipment are calibrated before use.
7. To solve operators issue time to time (counselling, absenteeism, discipline).
8. To train operators, to provide leadership and assistance in manufacturing function.
9. Implement and maintain rules and regulation at their own department.
