BQE Water is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is recruiting a group of talented Junior Process Engineers with 1‑3 years of work experience to join our team. Through technical innovation and engineering expertise, we help clients in the international mining industry produce clean water, reduce their environmental footprint, and extract mineral value from wastewater while meeting stringent government regulations.

Opportunity

• Assign to a temporary placement at one of the company’s operating facilities within the first year of employment, typically 6‑12 months.
• Build practical skills by monitoring plant performance, supporting operations, responding to process upsets, and working with operators, tradespeople, and engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient water treatment.
