Junior Process Controller: Silo Industry

Senwes Grainlink is looking for a Junior Process Controller: Silo Industry who will be responsible for assisting with process audits, data collection, process analysis, and the maintenance of effective controls to ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Process Controller with ongoing reviews and audits of business processes across Grainlink Silos.
• Document existing business processes through flowcharts, narratives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and improve efficiency.
• Support the development of practical process improvement recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Assist with the preparation of process guidance, training materials, and user support documents.
• Support the communication of process changes and procedural updates to operational teams.
