About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead all Cold Kitchen duties, including prepping, plating, and quality control of items such as waffles, cakes, pastries, snacks, desserts, and other cold station components.
- Execute efficient preparation and mise en place for all cold station items to ensure readiness for service periods.
- Assist the Head Chef by preparing certain components and performing other culinary tasks as directed and trained.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards for the entire Cold Kitchen area and equipment, following assigned SOPs provided by the company.
- Assist in monitoring inventory of the cafe (All Stations), notifying the team of stock levels to ensure all are aligned and aware, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of perishable goods.
