Junior Planner

We're looking for a highly organized, analytical, and merchandising-minded Junior Product Line Manager to help plan, manage, and optimize Shinesty's product assortment across channels. This person will own the lifecycle of a defined group of products — from initial setup, to onsite visual merchandising, to ongoing performance evaluation — ensuring the right products are showcased in the right places at the right time.
This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, planning, ecommerce, and operations. You'll be responsible for building monthly linesheets, keeping collections fresh and balanced, improving the subscription experience, supporting wholesale assortments, and leveraging Looker/BI tools to make fast, smart, data-backed decisions.
